Driving licence exchange agreement with New Zealand (FOI)

A copy of the "exchange of licence agreement" between Jersey and New Zealand referred to on the following webpage: 

Applying for or renewing a driving licence

Also provide copies of any correspondence since 2005 between Driver and Vehicle Standards or the Department for Infrastructure in Jersey and the New Zealand Transport Agency (or their respective predecessor bodies) concerning arrangements for the exchange of driving licences between Jersey and New Zealand.

The States of Jersey does not hold a copy of the exchange of licence agreement.
