Could you please send the 2016 GCSE results, separated by school and by subject. 

Please present the results as the number of each grade achieved per subject (eg number of A*s, number of As etc.).

B

Could you also include the CAT predicted pass rate for each subject, if possible.

The results presented in the spreadsheet represent a pupil’s best entry into level 2 and level 1/2 subjects. 

For the purposes of statistical disclosure control all numbers have been rounded independently to the nearest five.

The Education Department do not hold the information requested and therefore, cannot calculate the CAT predicted pass rate for each subject and each school.

Article 25 - Personal Information

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005.

(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –

(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005; and

(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
