The primary purpose of funding is to support the school in delivery of the Jersey curriculum.

Between 79% to 94% of funding given to Secondary schools is used for staff expenditure, with the remaining amounts allocated to non-staff expenditure at the Head teachers’ discretion.

We do not have this figure for Beaulieu Convent and De La Salle College.

In addition to money funded by the States of Jersey, schools also receive some income from indoor facilities hire etc.

Please note that all the data above is based on 2017 budget figures.
