I would like to know the following information:

What Human Resources (HR) software system(s) does the council currently use for the following areas, please include Vendors name, Product name and version, include in-house / shared drives where applicable.

  • Disciplinary & Grievance process
  • Sickness & Absence process
  • Leave management
  • Performance & Learning
  • Payroll

The information requested regarding the vendors’ name and version is qualified exempt under Article 42 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 - Law Enforcement.

In the 12 months to 21 March 2017 there have been 586 new starters.

C

In the 12 months to 21 March 2017 there have been 755 leavers.

D

33 cases were initiated in the 12 months to the end of February 2017.

E

378 cases were initiated in the 12 months to the end of February 2017.

F

93 cases were initiated in the 12 months to the end of February 2017.

G

71 permanent employees working in HR and 10 employees working in a HR related project role.

H

Full time equivalent (FTE) of 5994.

Exemptions applied

Article 42 – Law Enforcement

Information is qualified exempt information if its disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice:

(a) The prevention or detection of crime, whether in Jersey or elsewhere;

Justification for exemption

This exemption has been applied because the information requested could be prejudicial to the prevention of crime. In this instance it is likely that the disclosure of the information requested could result in an increased risk in e-crime.
