Please can you confirm the annual electricity and heating bill (if oil / gas) for 2014, 2015 and 2016 for the following:
- The Royal Court building, Royal Court house
- The planning and environment building on Mount Bingham

Please can you confirm the cost per unit of electricity for these states buildings

Please see the link below to a table showing the annual costs for electricity and oil / gas for Cyril Le Marquand House, Grainville Secondary School, the States Building (including the Royal Court), Morier House, Hautlieu Secondary School and South Hill Offices for the period 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2016.

Please note the following with regard to the figures provided;
The costs provided for “The Royal Court building, Royal Court house” are for the whole of the States Building.
The costs shown for “The Planning and Environment building on Mount Bingham” are for the whole of the South Hill Offices and includes areas used by Department for Infrastructure as well as Department of the Environment. The electricity costs for areas used solely by Department of the Environment, which form part of the electricity figures for South Hill Offices above, are as follows:
The oil costs provided are for the heating of the whole of South Hill offices.
Hautlieu Secondary School is heated by way of electricity, so the gas costs provided in the table do not relate to heating the building, but to other uses such as cookers.

Cyril Le Marquand House, the States Building, Hautlieu Secondary School and the part of South Hill Offices used by Department for Infrastructure are all on the “Economy 7 Maximum Demand KVA” commercial tariff.
Morier House and Grainville Secondary School are both on the “Standard Maximum Demand KVA” commercial tariff.
Finally, the part of South Hill Offices used by Department of the Environment is on the “Standard Commercial” tariff.
