Please kindly provide the number of sightings, confiscations and convictions pertaining to nitrous oxide, otherwise known as laughing gas, broken down by year over the past decade.
Response
The sale and possession of Nitrous Oxide is not illegal in Jersey and as such, no seizures have been made by the States of Jersey Police.
The Medicines (General sale list) (Jersey) Order 1997 allows the sale without prescription of Nitrous Ether Spirit from which Nitrous Oxide is derived.
