Response
The number of people absent from their employment at Highlands College is six.
This figure is accurate as at 30 June 2017 and includes absence for medical, compassionate and disciplinary reasons.
Due to the small number represented above, the Education Department have determined that they are unable to break down the figures to reveal the job position or category as this may lead to the identification of individuals. Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has therefore been applied.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005.
