A
At the end of June 2017 there was 66.7 FTE (20.2%) vacancy within the States of Jersey Mental Health Service.
B
Between 2012 and June 2017, 17 staff left the Mental Health Service on a voluntarily basis, within a year of starting employment, however, six (35.3%) of those staff were contracted to work for less than one year.

Table 1 shows the number of psychologists and psychotherapists employed by the States of Jersey by year, from 2012 to June 2017, within Community and Constitutional Affairs, the Education Department and Health and Social Services. From 2012 to 2016 the figure shown is the headcount figure as at 31 December each year.
