Please could your Compliance Officers, confirm in writing with yourself as CEO that they were not in attendance at Le Petit Sedement or Le Castel Sedement on the afternoon of 31st July 2014.
Can you also have the 2 Compliance Officers detail the amount of times from their records that they visited these sites throughout the past 3 years.

I can confirm as Chief Executive Officer of the Department of the Environment and on behalf of both of the Department’s Planning and Building Compliance Officers that neither Compliance Officer visited the sites of Le Petit Sedement or Le Castel Sedement on the afternoon of 31st July 2014.

The dates that these sites were attended by Planning and Building Compliance Officers during the last 3 years [were supplied to the applicant but have been redacted from the disclosure log to protect the identities of the officers involved. The response was signed by the relevant CEO].
