What did the Chief Fire Officer get paid in overtime and back pay for standing in for Tom Walker and the Community and Constitutional Affairs department (CCA)?
Also what was the Chief Fire Officer's total pay in 2016 and 2017 including the overtime and his role as Emergency Planning Officer?
Response
The Chief Fire Officer is not an Accounting Officer and therefore the respective salary is not subject to publication within the financial report and accounts.
Consequently, the nature of this request falls under the exemption detailed in Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 as this relates to personal and confidential information.
