On 14 July 2017, Mr Stephen Coleman, the CEO of the JSPCA, was suspended pending a financial investigation at the Animal Shelter. To date, in spite of my requests, no further information has been forthcoming. Could you please establish the outcome?

The States of Jersey do not currently maintain a register of Jersey charities, nor does it have any control over the actions of Jersey companies acting for charitable purposes.
Whilst it is intended that a register of Jersey Charities be set up in 2018, information included within such register will be made publicly accessible.
