From 2014 onwards treatment was offered to all patients at all stages of HIV infection. Some patients were lost to follow up but were thought to be living, at least for some months of the year, in Jersey and some declined early treatment.

The above are HIV drug costs based on pharmacy IT held data. Drug costs account for most of the direct HIV related expenditure.

The Health and Social Services Department does not hold the information requested for 2010 and 2011. Therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
