Request

During the past year Deputy Carolyn Labey (Grouville) has asked four questions in the States Assembly relating to the Jersey Electricity Company's proposed standby charge on commercial businesses with newly-connected embedded generators. These questions were asked on 18 April, 23 May and two separate questions on 26 September 2017.

Please provide copies of any email correspondence that has taken place since the start of 2017 to the date of your response between Deputy Labey on the one side and any commercial business in Jersey that is likely to be adversely financially affected by the proposed standby charge, including but not limited to anyone representing Sunworks C.I. Ltd and anyone looking to invest in such a business in the future.
