Please can you supply me with a list of all the States of Jersey pan-island services for both Jersey and Guernsey?

Social Security
The Health and Safety at Work Inspectorate in Jersey and the Health and Safety Executive in Guernsey (the Island’s occupational health and safety regulatory agencies) have a formal agreement, in the form of a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), to provide mutual assistance in any material way possible, subject to availability of suitable staff, workload and priorities. This extends, but is not exhaustive, to operational and / or technical support. Examples where the MOU has been applied include a Jersey based Inspector with specialist competence in inspection of licensed asbestos work undertaking such work in Guernsey to support a prosecution in the Royal Court of Guernsey, joint working in the development of authoritative and legal guidance to support duty holders in each Island, a Guernsey Inspector carrying out inspections of quarries across both Islands in line with a UK national inspection programme
States of Jersey Police
The States of Jersey Police have a contract to supply the States of Guernsey Police with services surrounding Hi-Tech crime. This is not a ‘pan-Island service’ as such but demonstrates collaboration across the Islands.

Laboratories | Plant pathogen diagnostics for both islands using Jersey-based molecular diagnostic equipment (Howard Davis Farm laboratory). |
Meteorology | CI Weather Forecasts which include Jersey and the Bailiwick of Guernsey, Jersey and Guernsey six Day weather forecasts, Channel Island Weather Warnings for; Wind (strong / gale / storm), Severe Weather, Snow (warning / alert), Ice, Thunderstorm, Fog, Tide / Flood. Channel Island Shipping Forecast for CI Area, Wind and Wave forecasts. Aviation Channel Island Flight forecast for Channel Island Control Zone (CICZ), Jersey, Guernsey and Alderney Airport Terminal Aerodrome Forecasts (TAFs), CICZ SIGMETs (Significant aviation weather hazards) Social Media, Jersey, Guernsey and Channel Island weather warning accounts, Media services and support for BBC Radio / TV, ITV, Commercial radio and Printed Press in the Islands. Website forecasts and warnings for Gov.je, Gov.gg along with weather feeds on pan-Island media websites. Channel Island Weather Radar every five minutes on gov.je, zoom function available. Professional support for Meteorological Services pan-Islands. Recorded and Premium telephone consultation services. Collaboration regarding Emergency Planning (RIMNET, CHEMET, Weather events) Online display of weather observations. |
Agricultural Inspectorate | The Agricultural inspectorate inspect both Guernsey and Jersey pesticide merchants, but this is a third sector service (through BASIS). |

Air Ambulance – Tendered as a joint procurement intervention which resulted in two separate contracts with the same supplier for three years.
Passport Services – Joint agreement for the Islands of Jersey, Guernsey, Isle Of Man and Gibraltar with Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).
Computer Emergency Response facilities – feasibility study – currently out of tender.
