Adaptation of hospital delivery suite (FOI)

Can you confirm that a room was specially adapted at the General Hospital at Easter this year to accommodate the birth of triplets and if so, at what cost?

Response

The Health and Social Services Department has a duty of confidentiality to all patients and clients. Therefore, Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied to this request and no further detail will be disclosed.

(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
