Under the Freedom of Information Law I would like to request the following information:
- Please can you tell me how many days of sick leave were taken within your departments (broken down into the past 3 years)?
- Please can you offer me the reasons given for this sick leave (stress/ work related injury/mental health issues/other)?
- What was the financial cost to the department for this sickness (broken down over the past 3 years)?
- How many staff were working in the department (broken down over the past 3 years) In respect of the above, please give details relating to all States departments (broken down into departmental figures please)?
