I would like to know who has bought the land known as Mielles du Sud in the parishes of St Peter and St Brelade.

Contracts for the purchase of land are kept in the Public Registry. The Public Registry may be searched by anybody for free during office hours at the Judicial Greffe, Royal Court House, Royal Square, St. Helier, JE1 1JG. Because the information requested is accessible to the applicant by other means it is absolutely exempt under Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 and we therefore decline to supply the information in response to this request.
