On the 25th of May 2018 the Jersey Evening Post reported that the States of Jersey Police were investigating an alleged breach of the Public Elections Law in relation to the distribution of an anti- Reform Jersey candidate containing allegations against (Name redacted).
I would like to know if this investigation has yet been resolved, and if so, whether the investigation found that there was a breach of the law or not.
