Could you please provide the latest set of audited financial accounts for the last two years for Jersey Finance Limited.

Response

Audited accounts for Jersey Finance Limited are presented to the States each year, as required for organisations receiving grant funding. The 2017 accounts will be presented to the States in due course.

The audited financial statements of Jersey Finance Limited for periods prior to 2017 are available from the States Assembly Information Centre at the States Greffe upon request and are therefore accessible by other means, as defined within Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.

(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
