I would like to know please how much has been spent on maintaining Fort Regent over the last 10 years, broken down by year.

Please also include a breakdown of the type of maintenance, such as decoration, structural repairs, electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, plumbing, grounds maintenance and other.

Fort Regent maintenance summary

The table attached summarises recurring and one-off maintenance costs at Fort Regent, it doesn’t include costs associated with capital projects or with the demolition works on the Cable Car Station and Swimming Pool building.
