There are two parts, one showing all offences, the second showing offences where the victim is under 18.

The table 2 below shows how many offenders have been imprisoned for sexual offences where the victim was under 18. The year is the date the case was reported.

Notes:
There is currently no legislation in Jersey that describes the offence of Male rape. This is being addressed in legislation due to be enacted.
The figures below show the numbers of reported indecent assaults against a male. Figures reported may be relating to historical allegations (i.e Haut de la Garenne). It has not been possible to research all figures to establish which are historic as this would exceed time limits. A greater increase of historic reports have also been made since the Saville enquiry began.
The figures are split into total recorded allegations and those allegations where the victim was under 18 at the time of the alleged offence.
