A.
There are 24 designated "Not for Public Use" bays in car parks administered by Transport and Technical Services (TTS). There are 61 numbered spaces on level 13 of Pier Road car park which is administered by Education, Sport and Culture (ESC).
B.
States members, parking control officers visiting the TTS administered car parks as part of their duties and Contractors undertaking maintenance. Regarding level 13 of Pier Road car park, the spaces are rented to private individuals or businesses and spare spaces are used during events as required for event promoters/exhibitors. They are not for staff use.

In TTS administered car parks, the users do not pay. Users pay to use level 13 of Pier Road car park
D.
Yes, with regard to TTS administered car parks, states members may have official duties on any day of the week. Parking control officers and contractors require access on Saturdays as a normal work day. With regard to level 13 of Pier Road car park, permit holders rent the spaces Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. They are permitted to park on Saturdays but are not guaranteed their space.
