Request

The States of Jersey is being increasingly affected by climate change - an area where we are trying to lead sustainable behaviours, but adoption is low. We are not meeting our environmental targets, and unhealthy eating is on the rise. By how much would Jersey reduce its greenhouse gas emissions if it was to introduce a Meat Free Monday, and favour local produce like tomatoes, potatoes, and spinach? Should we follow the example of the Tokyo government and try to reduce our meat consumption to protect the climate for our children?

Response

The States of Jersey does not hold this information.
