Payment of social security contributions (FOI)

I would like to know if there are any individuals paid by the public purse that do not pay their own social security payments and that instead have their personal social security contributions paid by the government. A scenario in which the employee and employers contributions are paid by the government and the employee does not contribute.

There are no individuals who are employees of the States of Jersey who have their social security contributions paid for the employer.
