B

This question is too broad to be answered within the time frame allowed by the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 (the Law).

The information requested is constantly changing and would be exceedingly problematic to quantify, as it encompasses multiple areas - from primary care, to Family Nursing and Home Care(FNHC), to any of the nursing services provided in the community, to any of the services and therapies provided by therapists  right through to transport and ambulance services.

C

On 30 November 2018 there were 338 individuals receiving domiciliary care through Long Term Care benefit.

D

Five children have a funding element at home. Less than five (<5) of these have personal care and <5 have personal care and health care.

E

<5 children have health care as part of large home care package.

F

As per response B above.

G

There are <5 children waiting for a full health care package at home.

H

Across Adult Services there are currently no people awaiting commencement of packages of care who have involvement with Adult Social Care Team, Jersey Adult Mental Health Services, Older Adult Mental Health Services, Learning Disability Services or Jersey Adult Autism Service. There are seven people awaiting a service to commence that is being arranged by the Primary Care Mental Health Team.

I

<5 children are waiting for procured care at home. <5 families are requesting home care respite support to replace procured care out of the home.

J

As per response B above

K

None

L

The only current waiting list for assessment is in the Adult Social Care Team, where there is a waiting list of 30 people and a maximum wait of two weeks.

M

None.

N

Adult Services are classed as 18 years old upwards.

O

Adult Services support anyone aged 18 upwards. However given that the only wait for domiciliary services is currently within Primary Care Mental Health Services then the current age range of people who have been assessed as needing domiciliary care which has not yet started is 65 upwards.

P

Adult Services are classed as 18 years old upwards.

Q

18 upwards, although Adult Social Care and Adult Learning Disability Services begin their assessment for transitions at 16 years of age.

R

As per response B above

S

Information is not held as an average as it is not sufficiently clear in each case exactly when the point of agreement on a package and enquiries regarding availability were made.

T

As per response B above

U

Please refer to response L above

V

There are no children waiting for assessment

W

There are no children waiting for assessment

X

Y
