Request
Please advise how many individuals the States of Jersey employ through employment agencies that are paid on a weekly basis.
As an example, a vacancy is advertised through an employment agency and if an individual is hired they are employed by the agency as a representative of the States of Jersey. The individual signs a contract agreeing to the agencies terms and conditions alongside the States of Jersey terms and conditions. This individual is then paid weekly in arrears.
