Please can you kindly provide me with the following information:

A

The total amount of individuals working for the States of Jersey as at today's date.

B

The mean, median and mode salaries of all individuals working for the States of Jersey as at today's date.

C

The total amount of individuals employed by the States of Jersey through employment agencies as at today's date.

D

The mean, median and mode salaries of all individuals employed by the States of Jersey through employment agencies as at today's date.

E

The total amount of individuals employed through the States of Jersey that are on zero hour contracts as at today's date.

A

The current total number of staff on either a permanent contract, a fixed term contract or zero hours contract is 8,077. This figure does not include agency staff.

B

From the above group, the mean salary is £39,024, the median salary is £36,125 and the mode salary is £41,992. All these figures are annual amounts.

C

The total of individuals employed by the States of Jersey through employment agencies is 217.

D

The information requested is not held. Centrally only overall cost is held on agency staff and it is not broken down by individuals.

E

There are currently 2,437 individuals who hold zero hours contracts. It should be noted that this figure is not people who hold solely zero hours contracts. Individuals may hold more than one contract with the Government of Jersey.
