A
There was a project to implement a new human resources system. Core functionality went live in May 2018 and further development is now integrated into Business as usual.
B
The original budget for the Payroll and HR implementation was £2.5m, with a target completion of end December 2017. This budget included supplier contract costs to Q1 2021.
C
The final budget as at end May 2018, when all Payrolls and basic HR information went Live, was £2.55m, again, including supplier contract costs to Q1 2021.
