Please provide a list of all properties that have been provided to key workers from either the previous housing department or Andium stock over the last five years as well as those planned in the next 12 months, please state 1, 2 or 3 bed units.
Response
The former Housing Department did not provide accommodation for key workers.
Over the last five years, Andium Homes has provided:
24 bedsits at Plaisant Court
39 bedsits at The Limes – The Limes was transferred to Andium Homes for the purpose of providing accommodation for key workers. This did not reduce the number of social housing properties. In the longer term, it is anticipated that that The Limes site will be released and used to provide affordable housing once the refurbishment of Hue Court is complete.
24 two-bedroom properties
Andium Homes is also planning to provide the following:

42 one-bedroom properties at Hue Court
3 two-bedroom properties at Hue Court
2020
To empty and release The Limes for affordable housing.

Andium Homes is acting in accordance with government policy in providing key worker accommodation in accordance with the action identified in the response to the Independent Jersey Care Inquiry (P.108 / 2017):
