In 2018, the Parish of St Helier appointed consultants to conduct a feasibility study for the 'Havre des Pas Village Improvement Scheme'. An extract from the minutes of a meeting of the Havre des Pas Project Steering Group that was held on Tuesday 25th September 2018 reveals the following:

"GW explained the findings of the traffic assessment and report and noted that it is available to any who want it."

Please supply a copy of the traffic assessment and report that is mentioned above and which would have been made available to the Minister for Infrastructure.
