Response
The States of Jersey Police do not operate a telephone 101 service. Non-emergency calls are received on (01534) 612612 locally. Our Desktop services team (DST) respond to 101 (612612) calls.

We do not hold the information for Jan to June 2016. Figures for 101 calls in July 17 are low due to a fault with the recording system in that month.
The States of Jersey Police do not have a target time to answer calls. We aim to answer all calls as quickly as possible.

The States of Jersey Police have not received any automated emergency calls (e-Calls) from vehicles involved in an accident. Neither Jersey Telecoms nor the States of Jersey Police have the software to deal with such calls.
