Please provide contact details for the government’s statutory Data Protection Officer. I cannot find this information on the gov.je website or registered with the Office of the Information Commissioner.

The DPO’s direct email address is dpo@gov.je.
Article 24 (8) of the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 states that : The controller or the processor must publish the contact details of the data protection officer and communicate them to the Authority.
Article 24 (8) does not require that the published contact details should include the name of the DPO. Whilst it may be a good practice to do so, it is for the controller or the processor and the DPO to decide whether this is necessary or helpful in the particular circumstances.
The Office of the Information Commissioner (the Authority) has been notified of the name and personal contact details of the DPO.
