The Government of Jersey's statistics department are conducting an online survey "Jersey Opinions and Lifestyle Survey 2019" at the following address:

The HTML source code for that page contains numerous third-party analytics and tracking scripts, with unique account identifiers which do not match the main Government of Jersey home page https://www.gov.je/

For information, Google Tag Manager containers allow us to place Google Analytics tracking tags on all surveys.
It does not record IP addresses (it is set to anonymise the IP by default).
No personally identifiable data is collected by these containers (remarketing, demographic and audience tracking features are not enabled).
Data collected is aggregate use data, and is to help monitor Government of Jersey’s overall use of the survey software and troubleshoot potential problems for users, for example:
number of active surveys
number of users taking surveys
average time spend answering surveys
peak times of survey activity
