What is the amount of students that have entered Hautlieu secondary school from each primary school?

Could you please list the results as percentage of the students in each primary school. For example; If one student of 25 from a primary school entered Hautlieu in a specific year, this would be 4% of this schools year group entered Hautlieu.

Please give the number for each school from the same year, but feel free to choose the latest year you have full information of this.

Response

The percentage of pupils that have entered Hautlieu from each primary school is listed in the table below. The data included in the table represents pupils entering Hautlieu (Year 10) in the academic year 2019/20 and the primary school they attended in the summer term of their final year of primary school (Year 6). Percentages have been independently rounded to the nearest five in order to protect the identity of individual pupils.

Article 25 Personal information

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.

(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –

(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018; and

(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.

(3) In determining for the purposes of this Article whether the lawfulness principle in Article 8(1)(a) of the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 would be contravened by the disclosure of information, paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 2 to that Law (legitimate interests) is to be read as if sub-paragraph (b) (which disapplies the provision where the controller is a public authority) were omitted.
