Yes. February 2014.
B
Anything can be reported online. There are no presented categories.
C
No. The online report is received by the Desktop Services / Control Room Team and if the report amounts to a crime, a crime report is created. Not all reports amount to a crime.

No. The reporting person can specify if they want to be contacted or not and by whatever means, for example by e-mail or phone. Normally the reporting person is re-contacted for further information.
