The water was tested at Liberte House when it was found that the standard flushing regime had not been carried out for the 4th floor of the building while it was not in use.

Samples were taken from two outlets on the 4th floor on 18 July 2019. The results are shown in the following table:

The water system was disinfected on 3 August 2019 with a water management and flushing programme implemented the week commencing the 5 August.
The tests were expanded to cover every floor with a total of 44 samples being taken. Six outlets were found to have legionella species. The results are shown in the table below.
Please note that the levels found, whilst elevated, were still designated as safe.
