The Greville Bathe Fund is a Fund that was established because monies were bequeathed from a personal will for a specific purpose. It is a charitable fund administered by Treasury & Exchequer. The Greville Bathe Fund is therefore not a scheduled public authority for the purposes of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.

Any information Treasury & Exchequer hold as administrator of the Fund is held purely on behalf of the Fund and therefore Treasury & Exchequer do not hold the information requested.
