Subsequent to the Jersey Development Company’s AGM, held on 30 October 2019, the Annual Report and Accounts 2018 is now available on their website at the following link:

We have assumed that the phrase “in charge of liaison with the JDC” refers to who represents the shareholder’s interests in the company on behalf of the States of Jersey. This information is detailed in the Definitions (page 24) and Article 53 of the Public Finances (Jersey) Law 2019 approved by the States Assembly on 4 June 2019. The Scheduled Public Authority (SPA) undertook an auditable search of the Minister’s emails, however no emails were found in relation to the late publication of the Jersey Development Company’s Annual Report and Accounts 2018.
