Justification for exemption

The costs for the St Brelade Parish scheme carried out in St Aubin were made public in a reply to a previous FOI request and can be found here:

The costs for the St Mary Scheme were made public in a reply to a previous FOI request and can be found here.

Cost of roadworks at St Mary, St Aubin and Beaumont Hill (FOI)

The design of the St Lawrence Scheme is currently under development. The budget is expected to be around £150,000.

D.

No financial contribution has been made by any of the parish’s to date. However, St Brelade contributed some of the time of their foreman to assist with elements of site clearance. The parish of St Mary will be acquiring the land on which the field paths are constructed, will be paying the associated legal fees and then taking on the liability of maintaining the field paths.

A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
