Les Amis staff turnover (FOI)

I don't know if this comes under government departments but I am looking to find out about the rate of staff turnover at Les Amis Incorporated. Out of the total number of staff employed (please state number), how many staff were taken on and how many left (through choice, disciplinary or dismissed during probation) over the last 36 months (or 24 months if 36 is not possible). What is the average period of employment for employees who started and left (not including retirement) within this time? If this information is not available on this site, is it possible to get hold of it by any other method? Is this request anonymous to Les Amis. I do not wish for my name to be revealed. (Although I believe you have also confirmed this in the accompanying notes.)

Les Amis Incorporated is a private organisation, and as such, do not provide this data to the Health and Social Services Department. Therefore, the information is not held, and Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
