The Future Hospital project was granted an Enabling Fund of £56 million. Please provide a breakdown of expenditure of that fund.
The government has declared that £40.2 million was spent on the Future Hospital project. Was that sum within, or in addition to the Enabling Fund?

St Peter’s Industrial Park Hospital Catering Unit
The information you have requested regarding the St Peter’s Industrial Park Hospital Catering Unit is exempt under Article 23 (Accessible by Other Means) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 because the Contract Lease is already publically available and can be viewed at the Public Registry or the States of Jersey Public Archive.
On 19 January 2018 the Royal Court passed the lease by “Partina Limited” to the Public of the Island for “Units 9 and 10 St Peter’s Technical Park”, St Peter, for a period of 21 years commencing on 25 January 2018 and terminating on 24 January 2039.
