Contractor name | Service provided |
Ian Rolls | Artist |
Master Scaffolding | Scaffolding |
BAM Perspectives | Drone |
Ian Rolls provided his services to the Government of Jersey for a reduced rate as he is passionate about continued education to tackle the issue of climate change.
The overall cost for the project was higher than anticipated as the scaffolding was erected just before the Covid-19 lockdown came into force and needed to remain in place until the artist was able to complete the artwork following the easing of lockdown restrictions.
The mural and footage obtained by the drone will be used in future educational and awareness projects.
The Eco-Active section of Growth, Housing and Environment paid for the majority of the work for this project with Jersey Development Company paying for half of the drone costs.
