Please provide the organisational chart of the General Hospital management structure in Health and Community Services (HCS), down to Departmental level as at 12 June 2020.

Please include the names of the individuals involved across that structure. 

Response

Following the HCS response to Covid-19, HCS implemented an interim structure on 09 June 2020 for its services through four delivery groups: Medicine, Surgery, Primary and Community Care, and Social Care. Operational leadership will be driven through a ‘Clinical, Operational and Professional Hub’ that will meet on a daily basis to manage decisions relating to restarting services, managing activity and supporting our staff.
