The Annual Report and Accounts 2019 outlines the annual salary of the Chief Executive Officer on page 143.

The Director of Communications salary is in line with the Tier 2 salary band, a link to the payscales is provided below. Payments to the Director of Communications are also disclosed in the Annual Report and Accounts.

The Annual Report and Accounts 2019 outlines the total number of employees by department and pay group from page 147 onwards, the link is provided below.
