What measures are taken to ensure and check up that those tested positive and need to self-isolate, or those from amber or red countries who need to self-isolate anyway do not break the rules and go out of their home / place of isolation?
What locations are available for holidaymakers who are told they have to self-isolate?

Agreements are in place with local accommodation providers to support visitors who need to self-isolate. This is discussed with individuals on a case-by-case basis, according to their needs.

Article 23 Information accessible to applicant by other means
(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.
(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
