Public parking spaces (FOI)

Please can you provide a breakdown of the public parking spaces available as follows, and please also identify those spaces which are allocated for Disabled/Blue Badge holders and which spaces are allocated for electric vehicle parking. So for example Minden Place = total of 100 spaces, of which 10 are blue badge, 2 are EV therefore 88 are remaining for public, something like that).

For the following areas/car parks

• Minden Place multi-storey car park
• Sand Street multi-storey car park
• Green Street multi-storey car park
• Patriotic Street multi-storey car park
• Pier Road multi-storey car park
• Jardins de la Mer (south side) car park (the one near the Radisson Hotel)
• Esplanade car park
• Snow Hill car park

Please provide a total of the number of car parking spaces available as on-street parking available to the public 24/7 (ie no resident's parking, no unloading bays and no blue badge holders). (an estimate is sufficient accounting for variety in length of vehicles etc).

Please also provide a total of Blue Badge spaces for on-street parking within the St Helier ring road.

Please also provide the total number of Resident's Parking spaces available broken down by the various schemes/zones.

Please provide the utilisation rates on each of the car parks listed above (1-8). If possible please provide utilisation average during the week day ie at 10am and 10pm, and then Saturday at 10am and 10pm - please provide this data for term time in 2019 (ie not in school holidays and not during Covid-19 when commuting etc will have been impacted).
