Request
Please could I have a list of all the buildings, owned by the States, which are currently unoccupied and what rates (by building) are currently being paid on them.
Response
Please be advised that specific information identifying unoccupied sites is exempt under Article 42 (Law Enforcement) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.
This information is being withheld because it is considered that its disclosure into the public domain would likely create an opportunity for break-ins and/or vandalism.
Details of how to view the rates paid for any building can be found by examining the Rates Lists 2020 available at each of the Parish Halls. Details of how to access these can also be found online by searching on the Gov.je website for ‘Public Rates List 2020’.
