A complete copy of the States Of Jersey Police disclosure policy (relating to prosecution of criminal cases) to include reasons when and why certain disclosure is not provided ( any law to permit such exclusion) & the time scales for disclosure from date of charge or any other initiation date eg remanded to Royal Court.
Also, the view of SOJP if they fail to disclose as per their own policy?

The States of Jersey police follow the Attorney Generals Guidelines on Prosecution Case Management and Disclosure.
