Can you please confirm who is responsible for checking, that people ordered to self isolate under the current COVID-19 legislation complied or were complying with the order? In addition, can you also confirm the financial cost to for doing so.

We have a dedicated Monitoring and Enforcement Team, who form part of the wider Testing and Tracing Team, who monitor isolation compliance for those that have been asked to self-isolate as a result of:
The team are supported and have input from the States of Jersey Police, Honorary Police and Jersey’s Customs and Immigration Service.
The agreed budget for Monitoring and Enforcement Team (3 July* – 31 December 2020) is £953,500> this includes staff, facilities and infrastructure.
