There is no data on the number or breakdown of EU nationals who have yet to apply to the settlement scheme, the top eight nationality distribution of the applications that have been received is below;

B and C
An EU national who is eligible to the settlement scheme but has not yet applied has protected rights to continue living and working in Jersey and the rest of the Common Travel Area until 1 July 2021, by which time they must have applied to the scheme. If they do not apply to the scheme before the 1 July 2021 they will have no lawful immigration permission to be in the Island.
D
Those who have not applied to the scheme by the 1 July 2021 will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Any person, EU national or otherwise, who is in Jersey unlawfully, falls to be removed from the Island, subject to their Human Rights.
